- Return/Inspection Window: You must inspect your jewelry immediately upon receipt. Any concerns regarding the condition of the product must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition, with all original security seals, tags, and certificates of authenticity intact. Any jewelry showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage by the customer is non-returnable.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Quality Assurance: If an item is found to be defective or not as described, we will arrange for a secure return and exchange.
- Returns: We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. Approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchange, minus any applicable shipping and insurance costs, following a thorough security inspection of the returned piece.
